I’d like to take this opportunity to enhance our ongoing communication strategy with you. We are launching the first of what is going to be a monthly e-newsletter from me and the rest of the EBS Team.
In 2014, I had the chance to speak with many EBS customers and it became clear that a e-newsletter could add value to our working relationship. Things change so quickly and it is sometimes not easy to keep everyone informed of the latest news and updates, so this newsletter is an additional way of communicating with you and sharing with your team as well.
So, on the third Thursday of every month, you can expect a newsletter via email to arrive in your inbox from us.

The purpose of the newsletter is to entertain, inform and engage and is NOT a sales platform. With this in mind, I’m delighted to announce the appointment of Elliot Ball.
Elliot joins the team as our dedicated digital marketer. His prime responsibility is to utilise online channels to support the customer service and account management team. Elliot will be leading the production and delivery of this e-newsletter.
Elliot has already begun planning content for forthcoming editions. This includes a piece by me called “Looking beneath the Surface“. Look out for that!
We are launching this e-newsletter to better our support and service to you. This has only been possible thanks to your feedback. So, have a read of the next editions, and let us know your thoughts and any additional articles or subjects you may feel would benefit everyone.
