Sage 200 Implementation Consultant

Birmingham B24
Salary: £35,000.00 to £42,000.00 /year

We are looking to recruit a Sage 200 Implementation Consultant based in the Midlands area.

This will be a office/home based role with the normal travel to client sites, mainly in the Midlands area.

An experienced implementation consultant, who is happy to get involved with all aspects of the full life cycle, upgrades, installation, scoping, support and post implementation end user training.

You will work on a wide variety of projects including Financials, Commercials, Manufacturing, Business Intelligence, Spindle, Sage Report Designer, Sage CRM and others.

You will be personable, professional, versatile and great with clients. Any Sage Manufacturing or Sage 200 certifications would be an added bonus.

As our Sage Implementation Consultant, you will:

  • Co-ordinate and chair project kick off meetings
  • Project Manage and perform the implementation process
  • Configure systems and provide advice to customers
  • Provide end user training and testing consultancy
  • Manage and perform upgrades to existing systems
  • Be involved in the growth and development of our highly experienced team
  • Work closely with Developers on bespoke customer requirements
  • Scoping of bespoke Sage 200 solutions
  • Implement solutions associated with Sage 200

To join us as a Sage Implementation Consultant, you’ll need:

  • Experience of implementing Sage 200
  • A Sage 200 professional certification (or suitable experience to become certified)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work well, both independently and within a team
  • A methodical and flexible approach to projects
  • Be willing to approach new things with a positive outlook

Other areas that would be of benefit but not essential:

  • Experience of implementing Sage 200 in a Manufacturing environment (Sage or associated products)
  • Experience of associated Sage 200 solutions (Draycir, Sicon, Eureka etc)
