When an international manufacturer wanted a better,
faster, more flexible system, they turned to EBS
– and the Sage 200 Suite
An international supplier of drilling products had a problem common to many successful businesses. With an expanding network across Europe and an increased product range, they needed a more integrated business solution which offered better visibility and control.
After a consultation with EBS, they decided to implement Sage 200 Financials and CRM. The two integrated solutions allowed management to monitor sales activity and stock levels on a cross-continental basis, with multi-currency and multi-lingual flexibility. Extracting data became easier – even with more users – and the transparency of the sales pipeline and workflow was a tremendous benefit to their internal and external users.

The seamless integration of the Sage Accounts and CRM also gave better information to staff, with CRM bringing together calls, sales and marketing in one effortless step. With a single click, an account manager could bring up the entire account history, whilst on the phone. Of course, the benefits will not stop there as they anticipate future upgrades:
