Two payment options
We offer two comprehensive support options for small and medium sized businesses, based in the West Midlands.
1. iFlex.IT support is a Pay as You Go scheme, with low up-front costs and a rolling monthly contract. Your telephone support is completely free and you only pay for our engineers time, either on-site or logged on remotely to your computer.
2. Our Annual Support also offers free telephone support, but all call-out costs are covered in one low, fixed monthly payment. This is an excellent option for businesses that want a predictable cashflow and long-term commitment from their support partner.
