Multi-currency
The new version now boasts full multi-currency handling across all of the supported accounting systems. Whatever country your company deals with, you will be able to collect your cash faster and more efficiently. If your accounting system also provides mixed currencies per account, you will be pleased to know this is now supported in the CreditHound v3.
Customisable Ageing
Gain greater control and flexibility over your credit processes with a choice of 8 different ageing periods and a separate “futures” period. You can also select the colours you prefer for each period, and automatically read in current ageing configurations from your accounting system, which can then be changed according to your wishes.
Enhanced editing and promised cash improvements
As well as reworking some of the areas within the Chase screen, the new version provides an “edit reason” option, allowing you to correct and change a reason whilst still on the telephone. You can now edit the reason’s description, promised date and the invoices to which it is assigned, making the Chase Screen even easier to use. What’s more, there is a new “failed to pay” feature, preventing you from accidentally getting promised more money than the outstanding amount.
